The City Clerk's Office oversees all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted to the Village of Atkinson in compliance with Illinois State Statute. Responses are provided within five business days for standard requests and 21 business days for commercial requests unless an extension is necessary as permitted by law. Response times do not include holidays or weekends.
